What is coaching?
Coaching is a tailored experience where I devote time and attention to:
deeply listen to what my clients say (and don't say)
share observations and insights that generate awareness
hold my clients accountable and keep them focused on their goals
provide unconditional and constructive feedback
challenge my clients to think bigger, take action, and maximize their potential

It all starts with a 30-min free consultation, where I learn more about you and what brings you to coaching, as well as answer any questions you have about how we might work together.
If we both decide it’s a good fit, then we’ll discuss scheduling logistics and I’ll send you a welcome packet to help identify where we should focus our efforts first, what success looks like, and how to get the most out of coaching.
