What is coaching?

 

Coaching is a tailored experience where I devote time and attention to:

  • deeply listen to what my clients say (and don't say)

  • share observations and insights that generate awareness

  • hold my clients accountable and keep them focused on their goals

  • provide unconditional and constructive feedback

  • challenge my clients to think bigger, take action, and maximize their potential

It all starts with a 30-min free consultation, where I learn more about you and what brings you to coaching, as well as answer any questions you have about how we might work together.

If we both decide it’s a good fit, then we’ll discuss scheduling logistics and I’ll send you a welcome packet to help identify where we should focus our efforts first, what success looks like, and how to get the most out of coaching.
